Consolidated 5 separate OAuth integrations (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Calendar, Photos) into single Application Default Credentials (ADC) with permanent refresh token. All 7 Google services verified working via live API calls. Planned 80% complexity reduction across all Google integrations.

✅ Comprehensive Skill Health Audit — LIVE

Built live API testing suite with 20+ integration health checks running nightly at 10 PM Jerusalem time. Results:

  • 12 integrations healthy ✓
  • 4 degraded (Spotify, Habitify, KIE.ai, HeyReach) — flagged for attention
  • 3 not configured (HeyGen, Apollo, n8n auth) — blocked until configured
  • VAPI fixed — payload format corrected, agent routing working

✅ VAPI Agent Calls — Now Fully Working

Fixed API payload format. Correct structure: customer: { name: "Devin", number: "+972..." }. Agent mapping rule: Victoria request → Victoria agent, Jessica request → Jessica agent. Two successful test calls executed.

✅ Granola AI → Notion Integration

Granola conversations now stored in Notion database. When you mention “I had a conversation with X”, the system checks Notion Granola DB first. Investment conversations summarized and saved to memory.

✅ Morning Briefing Upgraded

Calendar section re-enabled (gcalcli OAuth working). Email migrated from IMAP to Gmail API. New section: Yesterday’s Workout (Strava HR + AI insight). Portfolio section now includes detailed IBKR breakdown and Kubera net worth.
